It
was a beautiful morning and Layla asked her mother
to visit her grand mother in a nearby village. The mother told Layla that she could go and took
some sweets to her grand mum. The beautiful young girl left .She was very happy
and enjoyed walking through the Jungle. She liked the singing of the birds and
the sound of the water streams. Suddenly a wolf met her and asked her where she was going. She told him that she was
going to visit her grand mum. She informed him where her grand mum was living. He advised her to follow
the shortest road. But in fact he
instructed her for the longest one.The wolf hurried and reached the
old woman’s house first. He put the old woman in the cupboard and wore her
clothes and slept into her bed. Layla was very happy when she reached the house
of her grand mum .She entered and found her grand mum in the bed(in fact he was
the wolf).Layla asked her grand mum why her eyes
were larger .The grandmum replied
she wanted to see her better.
Layla also wondered why her eyes were bigger. She answered that she
could hear her well. And finally she
wanted to know why her teeth seemed sharper and wider. The wolf then threatened her that he wanted to eat her. She
escaped and asked a hunter if he could help her.
He went quickly to the house and killed the wolf. The
hunter warned Layla to be careful of dangerous animals when she walked in the
forest.
